The controller can be used for leak detection of pressure double-layer steel tanks with a maximum pressure <-60KPa. One controller can simultaneously detect the leakage of 1-4 pressure double tanks.

1. The pressure type double-layer tank leakage monitoring system adopts the pumping and pressure detecting method to realize the leakage monitoring of the double-layer oil tank (two vent pipes are respectively taken out on both sides of the middle layer of the double-layer tank, and one is used as the air pressure measuring tube) , one as a gas suction pipe), can effectively detect the leakage of the double-layer tank, and can make a leak alarm before the pollution source pollutes the external environment.

2. The connection between the controller and the double-layer storage tank is simple, safe and reliable, and is connected only by two corrosion-resistant hoses without any electrical connection;

4. Equipped with RS-485 standard communication interface, it can be connected with station-level management system through RS485 interface to transmit mezzanine pressure and alarm information in real time.

5. When the main power supply is cut off or fails, the leak detection alarm controller can automatically alarm, and the alarm will not be muted or eliminated until the main power is restored.

6. The leak detection alarm controller can be connected to detect 1-4 double-layer tanks at the same time.

7. The parameters and status of the leak detection controller are displayed with low temperature resistant OLED.
