Product Usage
The controller can be applied to the leakage detection of various double-layer oil tanks and double-layer pipelines at gas stations. One controller can simultaneously detect leaks of 1-8 double-layer tanks and 1-8 double-deck pipes.
Product Features
1. Safety: The sensor is tested by the explosion-proof quality supervision and inspection center of petroleum products and petroleum industry. The explosion-proof grade Exia IIBT4Ga is made of 304 stainless steel, which conforms to GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive environment Part 1: General requirements of equipment". Zone 0 and Zone 1 can be used with confidence.
2, sensitive: detection accuracy <3mm, response time: <2 seconds.
3. Reliable: The frequency change of the piezoelectric sensor belongs to the physical property, and is not affected by the structure, light and other factors. It can adapt to the complex on-site environment and has strong anti-interference ability.
4. Fault detection: When the sensor fails, the corresponding alarm light of the detector will flash. When the user declares the fault, it can be timely feedback to the manufacturer according to the status of the alarm light, which is convenient for the manufacturer to judge the fault and repair.
5, intelligent oil and water diagnosis: SYW-E (piezoelectric) sensor has oil-water resolution.
6. Easy to install: 485 bus system, when the tank area is wired, a threading pipe can be shared with the liquid level meter cable. After entering the manhole well, a three-way can be added, and the installation is convenient.
